Nathaniel is an avid player, and he had already tried the obvious workarounds. The mechanics are straightforward. A sturdy clamp secures the assembly to the rear legs of a standard cornhole board and grips both wood and plastic legs. Three spiked support legs extend down from a support box to anchor the base in grass, dirt, or sand. A telescoping extender rod adjusts how close or far the shade sits from the board, and an adjustable tilt pivot feeds into a two-piece articulating arm that raises the shade panel to roughly nine feet and angles it directly over the playing surface.
